The current edition is hosted in Milan, Italy, but we also organize customized programs in Switzerland, London, Vienna, and other inspiring cities. We choose locations that offer cultural depth, innovation hubs, and unforgettable experiences. 

We select comfortable, safe, and youth-friendly accommodations close to key venues and neighborhoods. You’ll share rooms with other participants unless you request a single room (subject to availability and additional cost).

Our team includes professionals with backgrounds from top companies (e.g. Barilla, WW FS, etc.) , as well as educators with IMD Executive MBAs and youth program leadership experience. You'll also meet guest speakers and local entrepreneurs during the experience.
